DTSV’s primary focus in recent years has been providing high-quality technical and administrative support services for customers requiring large-scale document management and records management. We are evolving with an ever-increasing set of technology support offerings. Technological advancements in the last few years in collaborative systems, document capture scanner quality, extremely reliable Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and low cost scanning equipment now make digitization options exceptionally practical for a widening array of customers. Patent and Trademark Office – DTSV provides the PTO at the Department of Commerce with massive-scale digital imaging scanning services, document indexing, records management, document review quality assurance, workflow design optimization, backfiles conversion, and a variety of administrative support services. We have been providing large-scale support to the PTO since 1995. |

Department of Justice – DTSV provides the Civil Division with high quality records management support for active litigation records and archived record storage. Our fixed price contract requires high levels of performance based quality criterion that we have met since 2002. |

National Archives and Records Administration, Clinton Library – DTSV’s national experience includes facility support in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our Project Management resulted in commendations from NARA in 2004 and 2007. We began support of this prestigious library in 2004. |

National Aeronautics and Space Administration. DTSV supported NASA’s Langley Research Center for over 20 years in the areas of O&M and records management. For NASA Langley’s National Transonic Facility technical library, we were responsible for hardcopy and electronic files, including: database maintenance; document storage; circulation; collection management; acquisition of documents and project documentation; cataloging; and maintenance and reproduction of facility drawings. |
